If you are caught with no cats you are flagged and they check that **** every time. My e30 was cat-less... i couldnt go anywhere to get it inspected without them looking at their computer then looking under it.

If you go to one inspection place and you fail, you still pay the fee. you fix it and either go back or back or try a different place and you pay the fee again.

What if I find a person that could help me out, could that person remove the red flags? Cuz I think that I have a guy that can get the sticker.
