www.fixrim.com

website for Wheels America, they are off of 290 near 610 loop. I've had a couple wheels repaired there, 1-day turnaround and good work.

Have a small scrape on two of my wheels from a car wash. About 2-3 inches long. How much is the average price to get them looking new again? And how exactly do they go about fixing it?

Go to Rocky Roads Refinishing (up in Cypress) as they do amazing work and great people to work with. Discount messed up a couple of my rims when installing them and sent them there and they did an amazing job.

Do any of these locations widen wheels ? I'm looking at widening a pair for my 68 chevy truck.

Not sure about Rocky Roads, but why don't you just give them a call? I'm sure they can tell you right away.

It might depend on what finish the wheels are. I had Wheels America fix 2 of the painted wheels on my DD and they did a horrible job and wouldn't redo it. They said it was "good enough" even though they admitted there were flaws. Come to find out the dealership I used to work with wouldn't use them anymore because of problems.

I had Rocky Roads fix the wheels and they were perfect. I used them several times with good results on those wheels. Then I had to take the stock wheel off of my 06 GMC (clear coat over aluminum). The clear had bubbles all over the place. After attempting to fix them 3 times, they refunded my money because they said they couldn't figure it out. I just went and got some H2's and put them on the truck.

Painted wheels I would send to Rocky Roads with no worries. Other wheels, I don't know.
