5.3 gmc coulple of ??? I just bought this truck for my tow vehicle, just curious what's the biggest cam I can go really with out changing much? I'll prolly do a Cai,lontubes, little stuff like that! But the cam is my biggest question and if there's nething u guys could recommend for some more HP would be great its a 99 2wd auto thanks guys!!
