Just moved into the Broadstone Walker Commons on Hwy96 in League City. 1 bedroom with a study, 980 sf for $989, including a garage. The units are new and super nice with granite counter tops and lots of upgrades. Check em out, I have been nothing but impressed so far!

Had some friends that have lived in Pirate's Landing on Nasa Rd 1 in Seabrook, gated, courtesy officer on site, I know it's around mid 6xx for a 1 bedroom all bills paid, and the people are pretty chill there.
