yeah army wears them too. Marines wear them before sunrise or after sunset. we call them glow belts.... **** flash lights are moon beams lol
while i was over at turkey turkey turkey-stan the only branch that didnt wear them all day long were the Marines, everyone else had to wear them all day.

where i was at the Army had to wear them no matter what. But the Marines, AF, and Navy only had to wear them "during hours of darkness"...unless you were wearing reflective PTs...and I was at Bargam Air Field.
