Not a bad idea really. If Foster does go down during the season Ward will see plenty of time. Giving him some reps in preseason makes sense.

They need to be really careful with Foster in the next couple of weeks.

The defense looked f'ing mean last night!

Barwin, Watt, Smith, Mario, Brooks...they all looked like killers out there. Cushing looked damn good too!

I'm excited.

I think Foster has to sit on Thursday against the Vikings. Don't take any chances.

The defense looked great, overall. I was glad to see the offense bounce back after Schaub's interception. In years past, that might have taken the fight out of this team.

I know it's only preseason, but they seem to be executing well. Let's hope that translates to the regular season this time!
