Zero. I drink at least a gallon of water a day, and if/when I have any kind of carbonated drink my immediate reaction after a drink is a stomach spasm like a hiccup. It irritates me so I don't drink them.

on the norm, 1 a day...to get me up and going....occasionally 2 max.....working outside on a 120* tarmac calls for me water and Gatorade/Powerade than anything....

Usually I drink a red bull in the morning, maybe two. coke with lunch, maybe 2. juice with dinner. I don't really get the urge to drink water. They say you are supposed to drink before you get thirsty, because once you feel thirst, you are already dehydrated. I don't consciously make the decision NOT to drink water, but it seems I will get dehydrated (thirsty) before I start drinking water.

I know it's not healthy and I will probably get diabetes. I need to start drinking water instead of cokes.

I used to drink about 1 soda per day. I cut down to about 1 every other week or so. Now I go through (3) 5-gallon jugs of water per week between my wife and I.

Used to drink a 44oz drink just about every day when I was working and maybe a can for dinner. Always drink tea when I go out to eat. Now I've cut back on the 44oz ers and feel much better. You'll be surprised what soda does to your body, I stopped drinking it about two years ago when I was around 245lbs for a month and a half or two and went down to 210ish area.

My 64oz cost me $.53 or free depending on who is behind the counter...But diet is basiclly fizzy water with light cancer causing chemicals so Im good
