Headlight problem
Here's what I did.
1. I purchased the hardened aluminum alloy gears.
2. I packed the gear case with water proof grease.
3. I epoxied the gear lids down and left them off for 24 hours.
4. I used the supplied torque brace that goes over the lid and mounts to two of the three mounting screws.
5. I cut up my hands and arms something fierce doing it but they are mil spec. tough now and I never want to touch another one... LOL

4. could you post a pic of this? or is not visible without removing stuff?

Make sure those little tabs that hold the motor to the gearbox are smashed down real tight so the motor doesn't move at all on the gear head.
It should feel like one piece.

Im going to have to break down and spend another $45 for the alum. gear i guess... Its amazing but i have gotten as little as prolly 10 uses out of some of these motors...Rebuilt CRAP!!!!!
