well every time the seller posted something it was sam88gt this sam88gt that I DONT CARE about the fuel pump or the hot wire kit thats all he did. Im more pissed about the "1500" mile motor and the "ported" heads and the 1200 bucks i had to pay in penalties from him not transferring the tittle,

There's something else here that's not being brought out...... just seems too odd to me that the buyer wouldn't want proof of said mods and/or the seller would blatantly lie about what was on the car like it would never be found out.
Maybe I'm just seeing too much into it.

It is easy to see too much into it as none of us were there and not knowing what was said. As for what it is, just hope that people do learn from it and always ask for proof. I have walked away from so many deals because of no proof.

some it it was my fault for rushing into things, i should have asked for proof but i have had many cars and it truly ran good. I checked the motor oil and it was fairly clean and so was the trans fluid so i believed him, and he assured me he was a "stand up guy on this site" so i believed him. He even told me about the "rear main leak" he said it had but it was due to the cracked block.

small claims, that's alot of money spent on your part to just throw away. It won't cost a dime cause when you win he pays everything, that is if he loses.. Same thing happen to my brother.
