I know he's not perfect but neither are any QB'S in the NFL. Thats fumble was a good play by the defense punching the ball out, it isn't like he just dropped it. He should have never been it that situation to begin with.

Why talk **** about the 1st game anyways??? It's the 1st game wait til they lose more to talk **** then, otherwise deal with the fact were going to bring up that your franchise has NEVER done anything...

Kubiak still needs to grow a pair IMO and instill some killer instinct into the team......or at least the offense. The Pats probably would have hung 60 on 'em.
1. the defense played all four quarters
2. why run more offensive plays and give miami more looks at our offense, we had a 34 point lead just run the ball and run the clock out, no need to run 60 points. a win is a win it doesnt matter if it's by 1 point or 100.
3. shaub needs to stop making stupid ******* mistakes and tate well just hold on to the ball next time.

so i guess manning plays defense too? i think your thinking of our saftey manning he is the manning that plays defense. who gives a **** about who stats is better, more importantly is who got the win.

and how about this, you let me know when the cowboys win a playoff game...better yet just get into the post season!

We went to the playoffs two years ago, when was the last time the Texans went?

And the reason the Cowboys record keeps coming up is because the Texans nutthuggers want to say they're better than the Cowboys when they haven't even been able to post up a better record than us. Last time I checked, a teams record is how you judge how good a team is.

Texans don't choke under pressure. Romo does. If the cowboys had a better quarterback that did not joke I think they would be a much more successful team.

Apparently you don't watch the Texans games because atleast half of their games they choke in the second half. No doubt if we had a more solid qb we would be much better but we don't, just like the texans need a real coach but ole Bob apparently doesn't want to take Kubiak off his Christmas card list or something.

Texans have never actually had any pressure, have they? I'm a Texans fan, but I'm also a realist (probably the result of being a life long Houston sports fan). When you stink out loud, there's really not much pressure.

I have high hopes for this season. I've felt like the talent has been there for the last few seasons, except for the defensive secondary. They did a good job of attempting to address those needs in the offseason.

Time to put up or shut up.

So much different than the Texans fans creating a specific thread to berate the Cowboys and then the rest of your brood jumps on the bandwagon.

Fact of the matter is there is an inner-state rivalry and there is going to be plenty of **** talking just like I always give my Aggy buddies a hard time(especially after the whole SEC thing ). It's all in good fun on my part atleast. I think if you're a realist you know that neither team has a chance in hell at doing anything post season. The boys are hampered by multiple weak positions and the texans aren't going to do **** until Kubiak is gone even with beasts at WR and RB.

I do watch Texans games. I watch them because they are entertaining to watch. Most of the losses last season were games that kept you on edge till the very last play. They have been under pressure and they perform best that way.

How do you figure? Performing best under pressure by your scenario would've been WINNING those close games that they didn't. The Texans would've had a deep playoff run had the games ended at halftime. They lost countless leads in the second half. To me that seems like they fold under pressure when their opponent starts scoring, schaub turns the ball over, the defensive secondary gets lit up, etc. Same song and dance in the second half of Texans games.

I don't care that the thread was made, just think its stupid to bitch about cowboys fans saying something in a texans thread when texans fans do the same ****. It's no big deal, its easy to see who is just a tshirt fan and who actually watches the games.

Perfect example is htx, if he truly thinks for one second that not having manning in doesn't affect the defense's psyche then there is no use arguing with him. Same thing happened last year when Romo went out, the whole damn team just basically gave up.

If Manning had played the game would have been closer and the score would have been less. Time of possession...Manning is good at it. With that said, I honestly think the Texans win either way. I think we are over the hump. Now, if Kubiak can Keep from making boneheaded decisions.

yep...Kubiak has no ***** and takes his foot off the gas to often. We really need a blood thirsty coach that comes out on kill.

I'll give you thay, the texans did look good, what little bit I saw of it. Let's be honest that was a boring *** game

I still think they should have a guy on the sidelines right next to Kubiak when the offense is on the field to hold Fosters rushing stats so he remembers to run the damn balk with him the entire game
