I'm not trying to be the voice of reason but I have actually seen these in real life and they are really helpful to children with severe disabilties to help care for them. The Special Education program at the school distict I work for uses them to move paralyzed students in wheelchairs to change them.

But I did gag when I saw the photo. I was actually looking for a hot chick. lol
