Thanks! Designing and being part of the building process has been such a good experience. I get off work everyday and rush to the house like a lil kid to see what they have done new.

Almost ready for grass

Carpet and I'm gonna do the built ins myself found prefab at home depot that fit perfect for the bottom section!!!

Going up the the game and media room

I laughed when I seen this. I told them the doors were not right. These are pocket doors.

Lots of misc crap they need to do and I have a feeling I'm gonna wrap the house in blue tape. Mainly cosmetic stuff like paint, drywall repair, they didn't remove fixtures and paint behind them after I told them too! Etc.

Dec 22nd is my close date.

Well 7 Days till closing.

Enough room for my wife's Tahoe.

With space to spare

Enough to fit my GTO if it ever gets done along with misc tools, tool box and left side has plug and cable outlet for a TV. Also 220V plug in this location.

Why did they make the walls come in on that extra garage space?? I would think having flush would make it easier to get cars in/out

I love that garage section. It's a 3 car without having to have the added space for 3 doors or a 2 and 1 setup. Good plan! (I think they call it a tandem garage?)

When we had my dad's shop we did just what you did there, we put a 10x10 rollup door in the middle bay seperating the "shop" and the "parking." That way if we were dusting up doing god knows what, we wouldn't get it all over the cars in the parking area.
