Hey Ls1tech friends need your help tracking down some thieves. If you see anything that might look close to my bike message me where you saw it and when and/or call police, Thanks guys.


My 2008 Gsxr 1000 was taken from the motorcycle parking on Northwest vista college campus on Wiseman and 1604 area. It was taken sometime between 5pm and 8pm along with a silver cbr 600rr that was parked right beside me.
Description of Bike:

VIN: JS1GT77A782100345

Its mostly white with the front fairings yellowing since they r not yet painted
carbon fiber front fender
carbon fiber ram air intake nose with no screen in ram air
silver stainless steel brake lines front and rear
M4 gp exhaust which is scraped and slightly dented and painted black and silver
rear caliper is safety wired
front right fork has a zip tie to measure suspension travel
has a one of a kind front sprocket cover that has been cut to show off the front sprocket
front sprocket is chrome
rear sprocket is white
both frame sliders have been scraped
bracket that supports front fairings and gauges is painted silver metallic
wheels are silver metallic but are stained
has HID headlight
zero gravity corsa windscreen
has 21,XXX miles on it
has two switches right by the seat on left hand side
has a black factory brake lever and a shorty left clutch lever
has pilot power 2ct tires that have wear indicating track racing
has no rear passenger pegs
has no rear seat just cowl cover
has a power commander
has a home made bracket by shift lever with a switch for homemade quick shifter
rear hugger fender has silver stripe on it
has carbon fiber tank protector
has a blue led just above headlight and just below windscreen

If anyone sees this bike please call the cops immediately and report the location you seen it at or if you can follow them for as long as possible and see wear these thieving bastards live and call the police!!!

gl....had mine stolen in Sa, never recovered.

 

gl, these things never end well. My was luckily never stolen but a friend of mine had his taken right outside his apartment.

 

Really sucks because this is my second bike stolen in 2 years!!

 

Sorry to hear bro, I work here on Wiseman and 151 also. Might not be much but I'll keep a lookout in the area.

 

My brother just got his back. It was stolen and then recovered 3 1/2 years later. It had an extended swing arm and exhaust on it when he got it back

 

Damn that sucks. Such a clean bike.... i would go ape ****.

They pulled a guy and his buddy over. My brothers bike had a kawasaki paper plate and the bike is a GSX-R. That does not happen often though. We figured he would never see it again.

good luck. Keep an eye out on CL. Most bikes are stripped an hr after they are stolen and sold the parts on eBay and CL. Or they are already in Mexico.
