Default What intake should I get

On a heads and cam ls1 would a fast 92/92 be that much better than a ls6 intake, I am getting a custom cam but am gonna wait till I decide which intake to get. This is just a weekend type car that will only get drove to beat on and play in

If you can afford it get the FAST. IIRC, they are worth at least 20 rwhp over the entire rpm range compared with a LS6 intake on most heads/cam cars.

i would definitely get it if you're going heads/cam... if you're just doing boltons and a small cam you probably wouldn't see much of a gain over an ls6... and if you have a little more money to spend, have tony mamo port it and match it to your heads

around $500 but he knows his stuff... you could expect about a 10hp gain from his porting job
