I'm looking to rebuild my Camaro. Iv been looking for a while now for a reputable shop around me. Performance plus in Odessa has had hit and miss service for a few friends. Then there's abbot racing in crane. I haven't heard much about them but what i have heard was ok. There's a local shop in Odessa, cardoza, who some people say does alot of ls1 work but a friend of a friend said his rebuild squeaks alot and the builder sand bags the build. So any help is appreciated local 432 guys.

Take your car to TSP or SDPC in lobbuck. Performance Plus really dont deal with late model cars. And as for cordova i wouldnt let them check the oil. As for machinist. There are plenty competent ones around there. And + 2 on abbot. Seen a mean bent six F body from them a few years ago.
