A mild head cam car that runs 11's on motor sounds pretty normal. He also clearly states the NEW motor has only seen a 75 shot, meaning he sprayed the old motor with 100 shot.
My old z28 with 5.3l heads and a TR224 cam ran 11's on motor and it was a 6spd, with the spray it did 11.1. With an auto it would have been even easier.

I helped stab the tranny but mostley I've kept my distance only because of who the car use to belong too....Beenfeltchedlatley...not my favorite person...LOL..I do miss ****** with him thou...hehe..

My bad though i did not realize that was your car, so i will believe the details are correct your cars normally run good..Thats my bad for not reading the whole ad i didnt see it was a heads/cam car

Thats cool I figured you did not recognize the car with the new hood....are 5.3 heads considered part of a head cam combo....there not ported just have some good springs and a larger intake valve...but they seem to work good with the 224 cam and stall combination on the street and track...later..
