I hope you had that fill density tested.

Very nice house, that's about what I'd want too.

I'm glad we did, that's the first thing you notice when you walk in the master BR and living room. It'll look even better when all of the rows of crown molding go up because I'll have rope lighting above the crown with a dimmer switch to give it that little extra pop.

The brick will be painted next week, and she'll look bad ***! Trim carpenter is about 75% finished with the inside. AND we're catching solid 4lb specs off the dock under the lights now, the fish are moving in good and the river is full of shrimp.

beautiful place!

gah.. I must be the poorest person on ls1tech. I'd have to make a deal with the devil to even rent out my pos house. Land here is $20k an acre.

that house+lot here.. easily in the millions.

My house deffinetly isn't in the millions, but I bought 2 acres of waterfront property at $77,500 an acre and even though was a crap load of upfront cash, is worth every penny being on the water. You only live once.......

Sick House Kevin! When the wife gets tired of my **** and kicks me out I'm moving in with you. Even if I have to set up a tent in the back yard....

acerage here in a bad area is about $50k. If you go out to the "too far away to actually work int he city" areas it falls to $20k an acre. If you go even farther to the "lol you live in alabama with a GA tag" area you can get it down to $10k an acre.

I'd like about 4. I don't need water front, I just need a nice large flat spot to build my warehouse. put in 3 or 4 10x12 bays, section off one corner to live in.

ifyou paid $150k+ for just the land, with that house on it, I bet you could get close to millions in a few years if the economy turns around. That's a nice place and a great setting.
