I tore my older boat dock down that was existing when I bought the property because I wanted a newer style lift with a party deck up top. The lift will be wider because I bought a new/wider boat. It will be 12' wide inside to inside pole so I'll be able to pull in with my wakeboards on the racks, and have a remote to lift the boat once im centered. On the top will be a covered deck 30' X 20' with TV, jams,LED's, and a bar. This is the start of the dock. They are driving (8) 10" fiberglass pilings and backfilling with concrete.

beautiful house man. once i graduate college and get my job im buying me atleast 2 acres and putting a trailer on it until i save the money for the house I want about your size but not as fancy, lol. congrats on the house man I can only dream for now.
