Havent looked over here much until recently(been on pt.net) but i was going to buy the 6.0 trans am until i talked to him and told me he had been driving around without motor mounts welded in place and it was fine as long as you didnt get on it. Got on here and seen some of the stuff he post and thanked god for this site.

I wouldn't mind buying a high mileage C6Z, depending on the condition of course. As long as it seemed to be taken care of and didn't have any major problems I wouldn't sweat it.

As far as buying any performance oriented vehicle and worrying about MPG, I'll never understand that. If I wanted better MPG I'd get another cheap car as a daily driver.
