The Season of Giving I know everyone is excited about the coming weekend and what they are going to find under their trees for their cars, etc. I have done all my shopping for my little girl, and she will be excited. I am not interested in getting anything this year, I have taken on another responsibility and truly wanting to help others. I know a woman, she is raising 4 kids on her own. They are 11,9,8, and 6. They are not going to have Christmas this year, because she does not have the money to get them anything. They want an XBox 360 Kinect, and one wants a nook which I would gladly buy both if I had the money. I am going to pitch in what I can, and I am wanting to see if any of the members from Tech would also like to help make this families' wish come true. After all, it's all about the kids anyways, although we are big kids with our toys as well. Anything that anyone wants to contribute will go to help make 4 happy faces come christmas morning. Thanks so much Bird. I don't know why, nor do I question it, but for some reason God has put this on my heart and I just gotta try to do something to help someone who has not been as blessed and fortunate in life as I have been. Children are the most precious on this earth, and should not be made to suffer and get the short end of the stick when we have the abilitiy to try and do something about it.

going to bring this one to the top for the early birds and those heading to work. I know how competitive everyone is with how fast their cars are, so let's see what the day members can donate compared to the night owls. Last night, 303 dollars was contributed to these 4 children who aren't going to have christmas without our help. Can we get that much today to get them some nice stuff and put smiles on their faces?
