Default new years resolution.

So i've been drinking and smoking and partying my *** off for the last 4-5 months since i've been back from afghanistan. while i was there i was up 20 pounds from working out and dieting religiously. needless to say i've lost some of that. SO...for 2012 i promised my self that i will work out at least 3 days a week every week and quit smoking. and to help me accomplish that i just picked up a pull up/dip tower and a bench. will be adding more equipment as time goes on but this will do for now.

so how bout you guys? anybody else making some resolutions?

Ha I've been back from Iraq a little over 3 months and I'm in the same slump as you. I'm just about 20lbs up from what I was.
1) Get the Beach Bod I had in Iraq back
2) Clear up atleast 90% of my debt
3) Get my new to me 99 Formula to a good dd status
4) Spend more time with my kid.
5) Get myself into some college classes.
-Not in this specific order.

I disagree on having a flawless diet. As long as you get in your calories and/or macros you're good to go.

Not from a D-Bol only cycle. D_bol is just a kickstart and if someone uses that for an actual cycle I will laugh at them. D-bol kickstart and 500mg of test E or C would be better.

My last year's resolution was to quit drinking and I annihilated that goal. This year's resolution is to follow my first instinct and don't second guess myself.
