Can't go wrong with either, but if it were up to me for my situation I would get the tbss. Everyone's situation is different though.

 

Get the Cts-V you wont regret it I had the same deliema the tbss or V. I can say without a doubt im glad I choose the V. All you really need it some E-cutouts w/x-pipe, Shortshifter, and Cags elimitator. And you'll be smiling ear to ear everytime you get in it.
