Default question...

Sup tech I have some C6 rims that are 17×9.5 and I was wondering what are the widest tires I can go with before needed a spacer or to do any fender rolling..
Thanks for the help in advance

well with that rim i would go no bigger than 295's. If you had a wider rim atleast a 10.5 you could run 315's. some will say dont go over a 285

Yea I was thinking 295's my neighbor who sold them to me was running 315 mt's but I don't know if he was running spacers or fender rolled
I wouldn't need to do any of that with 295's correct?

You can run 315 toyo proxes on a 18 inch rim without fender roll on a c6z06 oe 10.5 inch rim. well under the fender. Only thing is the big hammer mod. just beat in the inner fender well. I would run just 295's on as small as a rim your on.

I've ran 315 Sumitomo's before a couple of times, supposedly it's a big no-no that'll cause the car to explode immediately into flames and kill everyone near it, but I never had any trouble other than a little uneven wear (right foot induced I'm sure) but I'd say stay with a 275/285.

No your correct they have both, and in different types of street tires and different types of drag radials.

Nitto makes more than one type of tire bro. And are we supposed to be psychic and know what kind of car you have to answer this question?
