Its not hard to build em, just gotta take your time to make them correct.
Keep them from bowing when being built on the table

I used to work for a company here in DFW that did estimates, built, and installed solar screens. They work wonders. Like already stated, they aren't hard to build at all. However, the company I used to work for has a shop in Houston if you are interested. If so, PM me, and I will give you their name.
