Thumbs up Nelson customer service

Talked with Erica at Nelson and I have to say even after my dumb remarks, they were still nice to talk too. Might take my escalade up there to have them clean up the Cadillacs horrible shifting and torque management since the specialize in trucks...heard the 6 speed autos are a walk in the park to tune right.

Btw I apologize to the Nelson crew for the smack talk!

Any update from firemech?

if it is because of pride, pride wont make you faster.

If it is because of lack of trust after you insulted, they have none to gain as an unsatisfied customer will spread word quickly and hurt the business.

Providing good service can only result in repeat customers referring others.

But to each their own and all is respected.

Spitting in the intake isn't as gross as spitting in the double cheese burger. I didn't say Big Mac or Whopper just in case McDonald's and Burger King aren't sponsers.

The car wouldnt return to the idle table, so we replaced both O2 sensors and the TPS. Then Allen did some tuning and it seems good now. Its still idling at about 1000 rpm, but he says its because the TB blade has a hole so Im trying to find one now without the hole. But the cars is driving great.

I actually I have been told that by a few TB shops. I contacted Nick Williams today and am trying to get ahold of another 92mm TB blade first. If that falls throughI will do the JB weld thing I guess.
