Chickens have no place in a residential area / neighborhood.
If I lived in a neighborhood and my toolbag of a neighbor decided to get 6 chickens so he didn't have to buy a $2 box of eggs every week, I'd **** a brick. Nasty, smelly, noisy MFers those things are. They also attract predators like snakes which I wouldn't want my kids to have to worry about while playing in their own backyard.
