What spot are you talking about? PM me if necessary, I have a good friend in Kemah PD that is a fan of cars and meets, I can ask him in a hush-hush way if the spot would be kosher.

We were talking about the Shell station in La Porte off 225 on sunday nights because its usually pretty quiet on the roads then and the gas station has a huge lit up parking lot... Not set in stone but it was just an idea.
