RCSB 4x4 mods?

RCSB 4x4 mods? I'm picking up my uncles single cab Saturday, it's a red 05 5.3l 5 speed z71 with 83,000 on it, it was $5,000 which I think is too much but I know it's been taken care of and it's mint inside and out. What are some good performance mods to get it pretty quick without getting too crazy? Not planning on keeping it so I don't want to sink too much. I'm buying some TBSS wheels from a friend and getting some used 33' mud terrains for it, kinda want that off road race truck look..

$5k is a bargain, unless the body has 220K miles and the engine has 88K on a swapped 5.3L.
If they were 6 lug rims, I am sure he would. But he needs this truck so he can drive back and forth to college station real late at night with a bed full of cracked iphones to slang for thousands of dollars of pure profit (because people just GAVE him their cracked ones) in a matter of hrs, then drive back with all the loot at a measly 100mph making 35miles to the gallon to beat off silly drug charges because he was just holding it for a friend and had already stopped smoking and tried to sell his vaporizor in the tx classifieds and got rich off that **** too. Then once he beats the case, someone will mysteriously hit him, so he will get some top notch body work and car show like paint to fix it, throw acura legend interior in it, sell it to a woman for millions in profit, then she will have it stolen from her in a matter of 3 hrs of ownership. Once the day is FINALLY over, he will cruise on over to mom and dads house and get some rest. If all else fails, he will just run the motor without a lick of oil in it, lock it the **** up, then try to sell the heap for its weight in gold
