Good mph for some shakedown runs.
It's good to see ls1tech has come to grips with reality of what it takes to go fast at the mile. I remember the threads two years ago. Everyone thought 300 mph would be a cake walk for this car / anything Lsx
. 220+ is quite the feat in itself, let alone 230, 240, 250, etc.

246.8 mph is the new record for the Texas Mile (for cars running on the Chase Field runway in Beeville). Congrats to owner Mark Heidaker and driver Sean Kennedy. I think that the car has a bit more in it. And I have no doubt that LMR will be running strong to get back on top!

Hennesey went 200 half track and 250 out back setting new record in ford gt! Congrats
We just went 178mph at half track and 243mph out back, gain of 65mph. Next pass should be interesting.

65mph gain you guys are running very very low boost 1st-3rd gears?
