Default Moving to TEXAS!!

On orders to FT Hood in December. I've heard nothing but great things about the Texas car scene. Can't wait to run at Houston and see what my car will do on a great track! Coming from Germany so I'm gonna miss the autobahn but i'm sure i'll find a few back roads I can open it up on

Little river is good, old school school track that is pretty relaxed. My dad raved there at.my age and so have I. Not a perfect surface but good for what we need. Ive always been partial to it. Also Prarie Hill outside Waco.

Welcome back, I can't wait to go back to Germany for a vacation. The weather here is extreme, extreme cold or extreme hot, so pick your poison. But the scene is good

I lived near Fort Hood in Belton for 7 years, and it was alright. Little River is usually a joke, the track prep is non existant and most friday nights are full of soldiers with stock riceburners who think their 17 sec whatever is ZOMG fast. If you do have a fast car, beware of the shutdown section, it's pretty bumpy down there and going through the traps at 130-140 can be interesting.

I doubt i'll trap that fast in a cam only car, maybe 115 ish tops. How's the 60ft times on DR's and slick on that track. Is it up hill or a level track? Either way I plan to run at Houston soon enough so I can get a personal best.
