Keep looking, you will find what your looking for. I payed 16 for mine with 14,000 miles / 2 owner. Immaculate car.

Patience grasshopper lol....

Also, buy from a reputable place. None of these auction buying used lots. Where I bought mine it was the crappiest car on the lot. Lamborghinis, Porsches, and exotics. I know they carry nice cars, not auction stuff.

Good luck...

No offense, but I wouldn't buy an LS1 F-body from Houston. Seriously, what are the odds it hasn't been flooded or been owned by someone on this site by now?

The price seems high, but nice lower mile examples are getting less common by the day.

Looks more like an overgrown car lot than a real dealership.
Walk up there with cash in hand. And that price will come with the quickness. Money talks

I'm not gonna call anyone out and by all means get all your money's worth but I think it's funny that I see cars that have no working AC, body has blemishes, needs 800-1000 in replacement parts, 1Xx,xxx miles and still ask for more than 6k haha. No working AC in Texas is a big no no esp in the next 2 months.…

Those that own these cars shouldn't ever complain about the pricing being "high". That benefits you, as an owner.

I'd prefer these cars never went under $20K in value, ever. But, that is just me.

Exactly, everyone wants theirs to be the exeption when they go to sell their F-body and it be worth more, but when it comes time to buy one all of a sudden they want them to be worth less. Can't have your cake and eat it too. This is why I sold my '02 SOM SS this past summer for 18.5K and got my current car. I'm sitting much better if you ask me.

http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...00018578&Log=0

Some reading material.....

Lone star and fall creek If I remember had a lot of SS when I was looking. Probably would not be my choice of places to buy. We have a place in Dallas that carries a lot of vette, gto, and Camaros. The one I test drove was overpriced low mileage and hulled out as is the rest of there cars. Low mileage isn't always good with these cars. It only takes one bad apple.

Good luck....

Stupid over priced, bought my 2000 SS for $10,000 2 years ago with the same mileage. Now my car has 100,000 miles. But my motor has 20,000

SOME sellers list their cars for retarded prices. I just seen a 01 SS auto lightly modded with 140k on CL for $11k
Just wow!!!

you can find a way better car for that price, if you want modded or stock there are much better cars out there, forget that car all together, find one for sale from a priv.owner then deal, you know what kinda car you can buy for 16,17 grand these days, thats almost c5z money

about 6k too high. It's not even really "low mileage" at 50k.

btw, exact same price I payed for my '01 z back in 2003 with 15k miles....lmao
