Default What are your experiences with "pre cut" tint for lights?

I bought a set on eBay just to see how they'd turn out. I've only done the rear brake light and the side marker so far, but before I go any further, I began to think, how long does something like this normally last? I noticed after I reinstalled the rear marker that there was a little pinch on the side, hope it doesn't come loose. Experiences are appreciated, if they don't last long. I'd rather throw this stuff away than spend anymore time on it

Let me know!
And here's a quick pic

i wouldnt waste my time with the vinyl. take the parts you want tinted to a good painter and have them do it the right way. just dont go too dark.

I did the tail lights on our Charger Daytona in May of '08 and they still look good. These were a little oversized and needed to be trimmed.

Like anything else I'm sure there are different levels of quality.

Do what ex-SS-ve said, you won't be disappointed. I had my headlights, turn signals, marker lights, tail lights and 3rd brake light done. It's been a year and I get compliments and questions all the time. And its really inexpensive but definitely sets the car apart. And as long as your tails are visible from 300ft you should be good.

Same, did it on my 5.0 everything, except the headlights have covers for those since I need the option of being able to see at night since I live out of the city. Did them a when I got the car in January. First time tinting anything, came out pretty good one or two bubbles that subsided after a week. Quality of them really counts too.
