Amazing car man, i just recently installed halo fogs on my 99 and in trying to do the hid conversion in the headlights to match, what headlight method did you use, it looks exactly like the look I'm going for, again, amazzzzzzing car.

 

I bought my HIDs from DDM Tuning. Also bought new housings from a truck catalog. They're much nicer than the factory housings (which is actually a sealed bulb). The new housings allow for bulb replacements.

 

Search LMC truck for the housing part numbers.

 

Okay, maybe a dumb question but does it still have subtle blue stripes or not?

I have never been a fan or the blue and black combo. Up until now your can has done it nice and its grown on me a lot. I like the flame selection you made, not sure if it should be on a 4th gen TA.
With the emblems and licence plate cover (i'm assuming) being polished I think it will continue to look good.

WILL THIS CAR BE AT TX2K13? I want to see it in person lol

 

The car had navy blue metallic stripes, I've scrapped the ghost flames idea and lastly the mirror polished bird and trans am door emblems are gone. I guess I didn't make it very clear that the car is at paint and undergoing a dramatic flavor change. The new emblems are above and I have a couple more complimenting goodies that are suiting to the new scheme. Car is in the booth this week!

 

have no idea, but going to say, since your into the hard lines (like the new emblems) you may be doing it like the emblems outlined w/ that awesome blue color, something along that lines. Dont know honestly. Unless your changing the whole color of the car and just outlining points of the car in that blue???

 

Great guess!! The emblems are the correct focus point, but think bigger.

Im so glad you scraped the flame job. Flames can look good on some classic muscle if done right but I think for modern cars I would think twice about it. (my own opinion)

Wow that's an interesting idea! I think the car could pull it off, but I have something on the opposite side of the spectrum in mind...

 

Carbon fiber wrap? PlastiDip?

 

Ill give you this: it's definitely paint (so a wrap is out) and it definitely isn't plastidip.

 

Well, the last post said paint, guess im half there, but bigger? Like i said, only thing i can think of is painting the car w/ a hard line in blue or custom stripes down the car w/ black and mirror outline.

and side note: you have never taken it to C&C for me to see it. well for all to see it. lol
