Eat at "The Spot" in Galveston. It's on the sea wall. Great burgers

The one in downtown houston, or is there another one? I've been there twice and never realized there was an upstairs, lol. We had an older lady waitress, she made it pretty interesting

Agreed. Great burgers, nice seawall over view and quite spacious depending on the time of day you go. That is if you are still in Galveston at lunch time. If by some chance you are heading back from say Crystal beach to Kemah you can stop off at La Brisa's on 146 and enjoy some mexican food.

We went to "The Spot" and we have to say it was really good.

We also had Dinner with "cambirdracing" and his wife at Top water Grill "Very good food."... We had a great time.. I'm glad we got to meet up and spend some time with them.

I will post up pictures of all the place we went so far we haven't come across any bad places.

Tomorrows all about Houston...

Downtown Aquarium
Maybe the Zoo
Space Center Houston

"Lanksfords grocery for a burger " Sounds good... anything else around Houston you think will top them it can be any type of food.

Only thing stopping me from going is.... I had a burger today for lunch..

Also let me know about some good places to eat for dinner.

Any good place to get some dessert after dinner??

Like I said, if your in the mood for some authentic Mexican food, you cant go wrong with Mama Ninfas. Its off of Navigation street, and is only a few miles from downtown Houston. If you like margaritas, theirs are the **** as well.

It was a total pleasure meeting you and your family last night. We had a blast, talked like we were old friends (outside LS1tech, of course). Your kids are some of the best mannered kids I have ever met (Hope I didn't just jinx you, lol). I guess next time, you and Kelly will have to share a meal, .

Honestly, skip Lankfords. They are living on their reputation. There are much better burgers around.

Hubcap grill or Bernies Burger Bus would be a much better burger.

Have fun at the Aquarium. I can see it out of my office window.

Don't know if I am too late. I was in Huston for 3 weeks & ate @ the Woodlands Mall. Good, clean & lots of variety. It has water to go in a little boat for a ride.

If you like Italian food there is a really good place in Humble called Italinao's. It’s really good food, very nice dining at a very affordable price.

I can show you where it is when we meet up. I would stay and have lunch but working nights are kicking my *** and I need some sleep.

just an FYI tomorrow car show spot on the south side is in Pearland at the Lowes on the corner of FM518 and Pearland Pkwy it starts around 6:30 - 9:30. then Saturday in Kemah on Marina Bay Dr (FM2094) right off of 146. Basically if your coming out of the boardwalk take a left on 146 then take a right at the 1st light you come to and it will be on your left behind the Chic-Fil-A, same time 6:30 -9:30. they are both family friendly meets
