Let me re word this. Does anyone know a good ls engine builder that can build an LS 327 with LS9 aluminum block. Bore 4.065 x 3.150. (326.8 cu in) Forged dome pistons. 10.2 to 1 compression. LS7 heads. Cam 244/255@50. .650 lift. Whipple supercharged. Not a 3.78 x 3.62. 5.3.

Don't know about you, but I'd rather have the torque and power of a larger engine in a usable power band. What will it accomplish to make HP up high where you're rarely in the RPM range? Is this a track car?
I am sure there is a machine shop that can build what you want for the most part. Like mentioned some of the parts you mentioned wont work together. The ls7 heads need a bigger bore but you can go with ls3/ls9/l99 heads if you want square port heads. Just so you know the way you want things done is completely backwards of the normal LS world right now. I cant imagine this build being cheap.
