That **** has been happening a lot latly. I've had several people say they were going to do something and never follow through with it.

Use too I would hold parts but now its 1st person that puts cash in my hand gets it...

 

Welcome to the 4th gen world. I have guys low ball the **** out of a price and then get mad when you don't take it. When I go to car meets and see the kind of folks who own these cars now, makes me glad I bought a C6.

These cars have been scaled down on price so much that it really changes the demographics. It's like the mullet man that still rocks the old 5.0 fox.

 

its not the car.. I have a 5th gen, and its the same ****.. Ill try and sell 2000 dollar exhaust system for 1200 thinking its a steal and will sell fast as ****..

Just a lot of kids out there tryin to be big boys and trying to be somebody. Ppl don't know how to negotiate and they low ball. I don't get y they get mad, if someone else is selling it cheaper then ******* buy theirs and ******* move on.

First off, this thread was in no way directed towards you. As far as I was concerned, we were still negotiating but judging by your post, guess not. If you feel my asking price is too much or unfair, feel free to tell me - also why I've, numerous times, put OBO after my asking price

Fact is, not counting you, Ive now had five (5) members offer fair trades or cash plus a time and place to meet, only to not show up or text me in-route with some weak *** excuse

 

People get rude when the offer is too low. Obo means offers... You willing to take no less than xxx... Just make the price that to begin with. I'd have spent $300 or so on the wheels to make them right in repairs. By then I could have had new ones. Not busting *****... I just don't pay more than what I think something is worth. Someone will buy them and love them. I just need perfection on my car. Lol

 

Its part of the game. Lowball offers will always come no matter what.
The funny ones to me are, the ones that price it or compare to new.
or tell about there budget or its too expensive. Ive had these type pms before on my parts.
I set the price and if it sells,cool. If not. Too bad. If the price is not to my liking. On some ones parts, i move one. No need to pm folks heads up for prices.
I own 3 fbodys. Im aware of the prices on parts for these cars. LOL

Yeah, alot of those fox body owners are trying to upgrade to lsx power but their shenanigans are coming along with them. I say we up the price on all LS cars and keep the rif raf out, lol

 

All good points! I wanted these wheels and talked to you about them. You had a guy in front me that you were sure he was buying them and pretty much sold. Guy backed out on you and by then I had found another deal. It sucks when you could have had these sold.
Cash is king, if they don't have it sorry. I can wait on hopes and dreams of them coming up with the cash.

 

Unfortunately its called life! I also have messaged you about the wheels, I was interested in them and had money coming in to me. But when you have a family the money you make isn't just yours and my family took precedence over my hobby and I had to pay for some things for my daughter.

Of course I never said I would take them and setup a place to meet then not show, I could see how that would frustrate the hell out of someone. If it was me offering to buy them and setting up a place I would show some common courtesy and call that person to explain myself.
