i need a legit texas state inspection in the houston area....cali plates are up and need VI30 form to get texas plates and a sticker....any one help me out? will pay the extra money

You don't have to pass to get the VI30 form if that isall you need

If no cel it should pass without a problem. My 91 was a PITA

no cats, no tune, will throw a code for running lean once in a blue moon but i turn it off with my predator

the cats you could possibly get by with depending on the inspector, some won't even look... as far as the cel you could either get some o2 sims for about $50 or have someone with hp tuners turn the codes off for probably about the same price and you should be set
