Quit wasting beer!

Just because our judicial system fails us on occasion, doesn't mean officers of the law should be allowed to get away with this type of stuff.

We disagree. No big deal.

This is just a brief run down.. He also is clearly and calmly instructing her to sit down in her car...i didnt count how many but its a lot. Theres more i could break down in this video.

The woman is a criminal, shes drunk driving and clearly resisting. I just wish it was a woman LEO so you all would stop playing Captain Savea Hoe.

And senicalj. Drunk women are the most dangerous kind...Second only to women on narcotics.
A little drunk woman standing there empty handed was going to all of a sudden be very dangerous to the big cop. Yea, I see.
What you and your wife are saying is that it was ok for the cop to use excessive force because she didnt listen.

I really should quit wasting it... One day, I just couldnt really drink beer. When I do, it pretty much has to be Shiner Bock...

Which makes awesome batter for onion rings!!

Your idea of excessive is different is i think what this boils down to. We both "wife and I" agree he had the right to USE force.

The excessive part is where I think a lot of you are hung up.

Unarmed? How does the cop know she is unarmed? It isn't like a pat down was done prior to her being cuffed.

IMO, you drink and drive you deserve what you get. I have NO pity for anyone that does it. Maybe if more people got their asses beat for being stupid, the amount of stupid in this country would decrease. It's obvious the judicial system doesn't do anything to deter it.

Ya the case is closed. The cop got punished and the stupid woman will get off with a slap on the wrist and keep on driving drunk until she kills someone.

You guys dont get it. Its not the girl we are defending. Its the abuse of power by the cop that was wrong.

Sorry it looks like the people in the investigation had more brains than yall and thats why the cop got fired. LOL@ chronic internet whininers with nothing better to do. Go complain to your mommas its past your bedtime

I think we just got some cop haters in here. We all got a bad experience with one. That being said....I understand their job.

Its night time, you got no backup there, she's intoxicated, she just committed a felony to his knowledge. Yet SHE is in the right?

Come on.....if ANY one of us did this, we would be eating pavement and rightfully so.

Damn liberals got another spike in.

She got what she deserved! When you get pulled over you wait in your car unless instructed otherwise. Not get out act like a hard *** then get on your phone start calling random people.

He grabs her phone sets it aside then proceeds to cuff her, now I don't know protocol if he has to announce she is under arrest before cuffing or he can just start cuffing.. That would be the only thing I would see wrong with this..

He attempts to cuff her she resist then proceeds to put her against te car but looks like she was off balance and lost her legs. Again her fault! All this could have been avoided if she would stayed in the car!

I have seen videos of police violence and this is not one of them..
