i daily drive an 06 srt magnum... main forum i use for information is lxforums.com... but take the information with a grain of salt, if you need to know anything, let me know.. i have been inside and out of mine.
it is currently supercharged with a novi1500 centrifugal, very mild cam, exhaust, blah blah blah..
the best mods you can do to one is a cam, headers, and pick up either the diablosport predator or intune (i own an intune).. then search lxforums for a guy named diablotoona, and he can do an email tune for a reasonable price and get a safe tune with plenty of extra power within two or three revisions. he nailed my supercharger tune in two revisions
look into inertia motorsports, the guys there are very helpful and know these engines through and through. tell them what you want to do with the car (nitrous, n/a, boost) and they will spec a crower cam for you

www.lxforums.com
you can thank me later.
i had a dodge charger r/t for a few years with heads/cam and a bunch of other stuff.
ran mid/low 12's.
tinkered around at a local shop that built stroker motors for the the 5.7 and 6.1's
honestly the best thing you can do is cam job with some longtubes. if you dont wanna break the bank.
just exhaust only isnt really worth it (unless you just want the noise)
same goes for the intake
x2 on the diablotoona reccomendation above. Johan (his real name) was hands down the best tuner in the biz when i was playing with those cars. he even fixed my tune that was trashed by some locals.
skip the B.S. and tear it open.
