Need Gears and Diff Cover Well.. This was an awesome sight to behold after limping back from the doctor.. Anyone selling stock gears and a cover around the Katy (Houston) area? and I guess whatever else I'd need to replace them.

Looks like some/many people opt to replace the entire rear and not just the gears..

I'm all messed up now. I though I had 3.42s based on the 13.42, but reading more and doing some math, I have 3.23s.. I'm feeling like throwing in the towel on this car.
Thats what I was saying the other day. A4s came with 2.72 or 3.23s. M6 came with 3.42s. You mentioned Firehawks coming with 3.42s and Id never heard that, but thats why I wanted you to check!

Thanks to Nemesis350 having a torsen cap I am now back on the road and without breaking the bank. Replaced the bolts with grade 8s and red treadlocked those bad boys in.
Wrapped it up around 10:30pm tonight and took an easy drive around. No noise at all. So far everything seems to be great!
