Had a leaky water heater do some dry wall damage at my dad's house, looking to get this fixed. I can't make a promise but I know my dad wants his entire house repainted on the inside, aprox 3300sq/ft home. So if who ever fixes this paints, then they could have that lined up as well. I am back and forth between Houston and Louisiana for work all the time, so not looking to have my time wasted, stuff needs to get done with no baby sitting.
