From: Home town Houston station in ft hood
need tuning help ok my afr at idle is 14.5-16 and never goes below 14 and when i let off it is off the chart and backfires so place that tuned me screwed me good.
im strapped for cash at moment but willing to trade some tuning help for work or parts that ive got

dosnt drop below 14 ever while cruising, idling,accelerating. when cruising it bounces all over the place too. flys off the chart when i let off throttle to shift or brake
You should remain stoich while idling or part throttle driving. Your AFR won't drop below stoich until you enter PE under WOT which should read close to 12.5. The AFR going nuts under shifts or braking is normal DFCO.

Open headers will not give you a reliable O2 reading at idle or decel unless your pipe extends 18-24" past the O2 sensor.
