Whos going to SAR!!!

A few of us from our local site 3H in Austin, are planning on heading down there this midnight madness 12/22/12. If the world hasn't ended by then... And would be cool to see who else from this site is heading out there. Already met a couple of guys, hope that number keeps growing.

Check in... Make/color of ride to identify once there.

Yessir, and it was free for a while... Im searching Craig list for some drag radials, the ones i have are not so good for the track 555r's. But even if i cant find a good deal, i'll still be out there.

I got horrible traction with 555r2s running ~25 psi. I think I'm going to wait until I get can some 17" DRs. I'm kinda worried the trip down / to SAR will kill DRs fast though.

Nah it'll be fine, specially with this colder weather, the tires wear a lil less. I took mine down to 12 psi, and still nothing. Best 60ft was 2.0 on stock heads and intake. Im sure now its a lil worse, but will still give it a shot.

dang... 150+ regardless of a shitty 60 should get in low 11's high 10's.

I think that's a typo. Probably meant 120+. If not, I need to find me a bone-stock 2008 Z06 like yesterday.

I went out there last night for test and tune... Wanted to give my nittos a shot. Only thing that pissed me off was the MPH, their reader was all over the place, and had traps from 109-117 and then it wouldnt record. Hope they have this fixed before Midnight Madness.

My 60ft was still shitty, couldnt hook to save my life even with the new lca's and panhard bar i recently installed and was also testing out.

Best pass of the night was 11.8 with a 1.8 60ft.
