Default Trick Flow 235 flow # ?'s UPDATE!

Any one have flow #'s on out of the box 235's. A independent flow test. Not the flow #'s from their site

*************************UPDATE******************* ********

The reason for this post was my TF235's did not flow as they were advertised. The exhaust cfm was quite lower then what they claimed. I called TF and gave them my flow numbers. They said I was the first person to ever say anything about the flow numbers not being correct.

They pulled about 10 sets of heads to do a spot check. They flowed them and then had a few meatings about the flow numbers. They contacted me and informed me there was a mistake on the exhaust flow numbers. TF told me they would be changing their advertisement on the 235's. They have already made the changes to their web site. The new numbers on their site are only a few cfm different then my numbers. I was offered a full refund on my heads if I wanted. I will be keeping the heads. They asked what they could do for me to make me happy though.

TEA was acting shady when I asked for out of the box flow numbers on the 235. They would not give me a straight answer and then said they did not have that info. I call BS on that. They did say the nitrous port was worth 5-10 cfm

I was curious if the nitrous port would offer any benefit in a boosted application?

Don't have them port your intake. I wanted a set of TFS heads bc I knew they flowed well and went with the biggest set I could with my 408. I sent my fast to them so they could port match it to the heads as well. I got the intake back and they barely ported anything. $250 and all they did was barely open up the lower shell ports to the size of the ports on the heads. Worst money I've ever spent on the car. I could have done a better/cleaner looking job with my Dremel. It took me awhile to get the flow numbers for my heads from them but interested in comparing them to an out of the box set. I sprung for the nitrous port on mine as well.

Out of the box flow numbers can be found on the TF website. The numbers they have advertised are correct now. Here is the link to their flow chart.

Brian told me it would work well with a blower.

I've heard that TFS flow the best out of the box on the exhaust side? Plus their thicker deck is a huge plus for FI guys.
