Damn, that's some fast shifting Danny's doing. Great run. Any change in the tune since the Mile? That thing is on point for sure.

Pat I agree, Danny is ripping the gears. Reminds me of the old video of Jason "Wonderbread"

Thanks! We are happy with what it ran for not being able to launch it. Hopefully with a good track that can hold a harder launch ,we can hit .20s. The car you're speaking of, is FRC from the vette forum?

Yes it was, but the shifts in the vette looked just as quick.

Don't stock zr1 runs mid tens on street tires?

How much does it cost for one of them to drop 1 second in the 1/4 mile and with drag radials??

I know they are making alot more power from the increased in trap speed..130 to 150.

Stock zr1s on street tires run high 10s to low 11s. This car is just a bolt on car, porting factory heads, cam, pulleys , full exhaust and tune. Also, this car is not setup for the drag strip only. We still have the factory 2.29 first gear ,which make is really hard to run a decent time in the quarter. We just wanted to see how fast we can get it to go in full street trim. The car only makes 750 to the tires, went 207.2 @ the Texas mile, and ran 9.4 @151 with nothing special. Also ran consistent 9.50s back to back from 151 to 154 mph.I saw some 1000 HP supras running the same times. LOL Anyway, most people take the easy route and stick Automatics in their cars to do what we made this one do with a 6 speed.

Good job, I know how hard it is to get a manual down the track..my 997 should run hi 10's to low 11', but best I can get is 11.8... Lol

And btw...supras ran 13's stock, so for them to be running 9's is pretty damn good!!

Imagine if you guys can actually drop a couple seconds from your stock ET...now that would be impressive!!

Keep it up!!!

Well damn, none of you can pick up the phone and call me!!!! Great job guys, you have earned it with all the testing, I think the Go Pro cam put you over the edge(lol). Talked to Danny a few weeks back for Feb, should be nice as long as you leave that dipshit at home. I have nothing up my sleeve on this, just going to clean up the tune and put the 102 tb back on it. I think the fuel from Feb is still in my car, when I drove it to Galveston a few weeks ago it was stumbling bad, I guess 10 month old 109 doesn't last to long. Call me and lmk and it is a go for Feb so I can call Seth and secure the track.

Oh yeah, you have a racecar now with all the safety equip in it...lol
