A TON of odds and ends. Waiting to get the new flanges put on the manifolds, run new fuel system lines, and order/install enginemanagement system. Still trying to decide what to run. Big stuff, Accel DFI gen VII, etc... so much to do not enough time :o

Can anyone recommend another hotel, I got reservations for the merriott Friday/sat, but nothing Thursday, and I want to go down Thursday now, hopefully see some of the faster cars out
Anyone stating somewhere besides omni/merriott?

Theres a courtyard by marriot directly across i-10 from the omni.

There is a residence inn by merriott two miles west of the omni you might want to try them.

I stayed at the courtyard Marriott last year. It's not bad and they gave us the same price as the Omni!

I stayed there last year and booked for this year cheaper than the Omni, granted, I booked in December after finding out the Omni was booked.
