That was my thought too! He brings up some good points though and I am gonna continue to do my homework and make sure they are sized appropriately.

Unless your going for some record build twin 57's will be perfect for the street/track.Got a buddy that makes 900rwhp and runs 9's all day with zero spool time like big unnecessary turbos but like I said I know nothing about turbos

Why is running 9's all day long perfect? What if it wants to run 8's all day long lol?

I'm running twin billet 62's and I wish I had 76's....

I want to make the most I can. I don't want to spend the money buying something and then wishing I had done it the I wanted to in the first place. If the 76's or 78's will work I am going to stick with my orginal plans. I'm gonna do a little more research, but I think I'm ok.

I'm still collecting parts and she should go to the chassis shop in October. He is backed up until then. This is the stuff I've gotten in here lately. I had to slow down a little due to an emergency surgery my wife had to have. I'm back at it though!!

I know how you feel about collecting parts

and just got my lil custom kit coated by PolyDyn... went with black for the cold side and titanium on the hot side.

SBF + billet 76mm. Gonna be slow, but I'll have some fun.

Lmao!! One good thing about it though, when **** starts happening it will happen quick. I am so ready for it to go to the chassis shop so I can see just a little progress on the car itself. Your build looks like it should be interesting as well.

Are you going with through the floor frame connectors? I would recommend getting the Wild Rides battle boxes for the torque boxes and welding them in. They are cheap insurance and they will need all the help they can get, lol. Nice build!

Thanks!!

Yes, I am going to do the thru floor subframe connectors. I toyed with the idea of doing a back half on the car but I already have a lot invested in the upper and lower control arms and anti roll bar I decided to stay with the stock style suspension for now. As for the torque boxes we will weld them up and put some bolts through them and anchor them to the uni body. If they still pull away then I'll just back half it. the bolts have worked on some of my friends cars beautifully.

Stay stock suspension, it will aloow you race race in a lot of classes at the track if you decide to. If you play on the street everyone will cry about it being backhalfed besides stock suspension area are just as fast as backhalf cars...
