We live in a very small town and our cars stick out as well too... If they didn't get my plates... See ya! A week later, eh must have been another car JUST like mine!

Pisses them off but keeps me out of tickets.

Be happy you didn't get this in Virginia... I relocated from Austin to NYC and on my way up got clocked at 104 in 70 (reckless)... $1000 just for an attorney, well see how court goes next month.

while it could possibly be considered wreckless driving the officer charged him with the speeding and not wreckless driving. wreckless driving the officer/d.a. would have to prove that what he was doing was "wreckless" i.e. in traffic and what not. but if the road was wide open and straight and while he was at a high rate of speed it is still not considered wreckless.

OP on your driving record it will not show that you were doing 132 in a 65 it will just say 10% above the speed limit. regaurdless though i would lawyer up so you can avoid getting in that mess. i used kubosh on two of my tickets and they were both dismissed. GL
