Got a job at LoneStar Performance! Well im happy to say I just finished my second week at LoneStar Performance in Addison. I love this job. The other day I was standing next to a heads/cam TA running on our dyno and it hit me, this is my job! I can honestly say not a single day as felt like work yet, and its so nice to work in a clean, top notch shop and not a rat hole garage.
One minute im talking to a customer about installing a procharger for his 2010 SS and the next im tracking down limited edition valve covers for a 67 fastback.
If anybody ever wants to swing by and say hi im there from 9-6 M-F.

Yeah im really enjoying it. Its been a passion of mine since I was in my mid teens, so now that im 28 its cool to be able to turn that passion into a great job.

Where at in Addison is it? I'm moving to Addison in a few days... Want to put L/T's on my Vette to make it a full bolt on car, and eventually a cam/blower setup...and a trans that can handle it

Congrats on what is surely a GREAT job for any gearhead type.
It's on MIDWAY Rd north of Keller Springs Rd, just about at the Dallas and Collin County border(a little south). It's also just on the west side of the Addison airport.
I used to live on Spring Valley near Marsh. It's really a small town connected to a major city! Most I knew insisted it was really Carrollton... whatever... It's all Dallas to me and I miss Dallas.
Just to see if it helps, I looked it up... 16300 Midway Rd(75001).

21st century is in Addison just south of Lonestar. They can help you with your vette as well.
Thanks...it'll be awhile, but my apt is right off Marsh and Bellentrea..which is about 50ft from Keller springs and another 100ft from Midway... The Sprial Grey C5 on chrome C6 Zoh wheels would be mine...I take midway to belt line then to 75/Dallas North Tollway to work everyday, so in usually always somewhere

21st is a great shop also. We just installed a borla exhaust on a C5 this week. Love to help anybody we can but don't want to step on any sponsers toes!
