San Antonio/Houston Members: Need a Little Help
Hello Texans!
A buddy and I are coming out to San Antonio on March 29 - 30 to buy a GTO and drive it back to Tampa. I'm ridiculously excited to get back into an LSX Vehicle, and I'm planning to get it on the track for some HPDEs this Spring.
I have never been to Texas, and I just had a few questions:
1. Where can I find the best damn BBQ along the I-10 Corridor on my way back?
2. I am looking for a place that has a showroom/stock of Racing Helmets that I can try on for HPDE duties and bring back with me. We don't have anything like that here in SW Florida.
3. Anything else I need to check out on my way back?
Thanks in advance, fellas. Looking forward to checking Texas out.

West of Houston on I-10 you will find the sleepy town of Sealy. 2 things great about Sealy - Hennessy shop/Lonestar Motorsports Park (actually West of town a couple of exits)- and Heinzes BBQ. Traditional Texas BBQ. Located at the exit in Sealy
